I find the benefits of working out with Irene to be so motivational. I work out mid-day and find that my energy level is up for the rest of my day which is terrific because afternoons can take their toll on my energy level. I also find that because my energy is up I can think more clearly and affects my ability to be a better listener. Ultimately I can be more open to others’ perspectives and make better decisions. There is a lot to be said about consistency in my workout schedule…better energy, better feelings, more productive days!
