  • When a friend suggested Irene as a “personal trainer” I was looking for some help, as I had recently been diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder.   • “There are personal trainers and then there is Irene Marth! Little did I know when I had my first meeting with Irene that not only would my body change but so would my mind, spirit, thoughts and overall health. Irene’s knowledge in health, training, nutrition, recovery, injury rehab and kinesiology sets her apart from other trainers in the industry. Another strength of Irene’s is her listening skill. Every session begins with the question, “How are you and your body feeling today?”. She will pick up on a grimace, my breath, my muscle twitches, my balance, my body position and modify accordingly. She challenges me every session without guilt or judgement. Irene is one of the most dedicated and professional personal trainers I have ever met. We laugh (a lot), we share and we work. I’m blessed to also call her ‘friend’.”

  • I find the benefits of working out with Irene to be so motivational. I work out mid-day and find that my energy level is up for the rest of my day which is terrific because afternoons can take their toll on my energy level. I also find that because my energy is up I can think more clearly and affects my ability to be a better listener. Ultimately I can be more open to others’ perspectives and make better decisions. There is a lot to be said about consistency in my workout schedule…better energy, better feelings, more productive days!
