About Irene Marth
Irene has spent nearly 30 years helping others achieve their health goals as a personal trainer and wellness coach. Having worked with a wide variety of clients (whose body types, perspectives on health, and personal goals vary even more), Irene understands that each individual comes from their own unique experience and outlook on health. She loves helping her clients work toward their health goals holistically, and in a way that allows them to still love and enjoy life to the fullest. She is an avid learner about neuroscience, mindset and biological processes and incorporates what she learns into her daily work. Previous to her career change, Irene was a business analyst for a bank.
Irene is passionate about health and wellness and her hobbies reflect that. You will find her staying active by doing home workouts, taking her pup Nash for a walk, mountain biking, snow skiing, dancing and gardening. She is a dynamite cook and has always loved the act of preparing a delicious meal for loved ones to enjoy. She loves a top-notch spicy margarita or a good glass of red wine, her coffee as soon as she wakes up each morning, sitting by the firepit at night, playing with her grandson and spending lots of time with her two kids and their families.
About Brianna Johnson
Brianna is a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and Baby-Led Sleep and Well-being Specialist. Her passions center around nutrition, relationships, mindset and motherhood topics. She’s grown up knowing the role that your own mind plays in your potential success, and has many stories and experiences that prove the value of focusing on mindset. Her passion for nutrition arose out of having a personal trainer as a mother. It was cemented in 2018 when an underactive thyroid diagnosis led her on an eye-opening journey about the role of functional medicine in finding root cause for treating health issues. She is committed to helping others use lifestyle and dietary changes to feel better, too. In addition, her experience in trying to conceive, becoming pregnant with her son and the postpartum and motherhood journey thereafter have ignited a new passion in sharing the importance of health and wellness during these life stages with other women. In addition, she has studied the impacts and attributes of having deep connections with others and the role of communication in building strong relationships.
In her role as a CLC, she aims to spread knowledge about the vital role that breastfeeding plays in the health and development of our future generations, and the ways it benefits maternal health as well. She works to support women in meeting their breastfeeding goals through education, support and advocacy.
Her journey to become a baby sleep specialist arose out of the extreme sleep challenges she experienced with her toddler son, and her refusal to use traditional sleep training methods. He was waking multiple times every hour, all night long for nine months before finally identifying the root issue – a submucosal posterior tongue tie. As a result, she also aims to provide education around the somewhat “newer,” and often misunderstood, topic of tethered oral ties.
Brianna spent nearly the first decade of her career as a consultant for a leadership and management consulting firm. Working with senior leadership teams on corporate strategy, countless young professionals on elevating their leadership and communication, exploring personality differences with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and helping individuals grow as business developers, she has a breadth of experience in personal development topics.
As far as personal interests and hobbies, her son keeps her busy and constantly learning. She has a passion for cooking (thanks to her mama) and baking sourdough bread. She loves many of the same physical activities as Irene – dancing, biking, skiing, walking and hiking.
